UK Returns
We offer a 14-day return period for orders delivered within the United Kingdom.
The 14-day period begins from the date your order is delivered. To be eligible for a refund, your return must be requested and the item must be sent back within this period.

Return Conditions
Due to the nature of our pre-owned luxury products, returned items must be received in exactly the same condition in which they were sent.
All original packaging and accessories must be included, where applicable:

Items must not show any signs of use, wear, damage, alteration or modification.
WE LOOP reserves the right to refuse a return or reduce/refuse a refund where an item is returned in a condition that differs from the condition in which it was originally dispatched.
Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured delivery service when returning an item.
WE LOOP cannot accept responsibility for items that are lost, stolen or damaged while being returned to us.
International Returns
We do not accept returns for orders shipped outside the United Kingdom.
For international orders, customers are responsible for any applicable import duties, taxes, customs charges or other fees imposed by the destination country.
If an international shipment is refused because applicable duties or taxes have not been paid, any refund issued will be reduced by the return shipping costs and any non-refundable courier or customs charges incurred by WE LOOP.
Order Cancellation

Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. If the order is eligible for return, please follow the applicable return process above.
Refunds
Once your returned item has been received, it will be carefully inspected to confirm that it meets our return conditions.
You will be notified by email once the inspection has been completed and whether your refund has been approved.
If your return is approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5 business days.
Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take up to an additional 5 working days for the refund to appear in your account.
Please note that original shipping charges, return shipping costs and any applicable customs, duties or non-refundable courier charges are not refundable unless otherwise required by applicable law.
